Essential Oils

Swedish Massage

Flowing movements of strokes, kneading, friction, and percussion along with passive and active movements. This promotes general relaxation, relieves muscle tension, improves lymphatic circulation, eliminates waste products from muscles. Soothes and stimulates the nerves which can reduce and alleviate stress.

I incorporate deep tissue, trigger point work, reflexology, stretching and other modalities depending on your needs.

Sports Massage:

First Place Winner Tupper Lake Tinman 2004

Sport Massage

Pre-event: a vigorous massage which helps loosen your muscles before an intense activity, therefore enhancing your performance. Stretching helps with range of motion and prepares muscles for less injury. Improves muscle tone, flexibility, and reduces cramps.

Post Event: a slower massage that soothes sore muscles after a  workout. Helps with recuperation of stiff muscles afterwards. Brings the body back to relaxation.

I am available for local triathlon events. I  have a tent at the Tupper Lake Tinman Triathlon and the Lake Placid Ironman Triathlon.
