It is Tinman Triathlon time of year again and we are once again looking for sponsors for our Tupper Lake Tinman Triathlon. As a sponsor your name is known as one who believes in this RACE and our community and enjoys the success of our triathlon only getting bigger and better every year. It is because of you this Triathlon keeps going and is now into its twenty-seventh year. Sponsors and volunteers make this race a success. This year there are many choices of sponsorships and advertising.

 

Aid station sponsorship. Sponsoring an aid station gives you the opportunity to put your banners out there for everyone to see. Dress this station up how you would like and advertise. You will also get your name on our athlete and volunteer tee shirts that will be available to everyone on race day. The cost of this sponsorship is only $80.

All Sponsorship includes links to your website if provide. Please send all information to be put on our website as well as information for T shirts. Vender fees will be waved if donations and gifts are given and agreed between vender and director. Donations must be of equal or greater value. The Tupper Lake Tinman Triathlon seeks bids from licensed caterers who wish to be considered to cater the annual Tupper Lake Tinman Triathlon Carbo Dinner, served as a buffet to approximately 700 + athletes and guests on Saturday, June 26, 2009 at the Tupper Lake Municipal Park between the hours of 4:00 pm and 8:00 pm. 

The menu should consist of high energy carbohydrate offerings and indicate portion sizes.  Bids should include a per person cost and define all contract terms.  The successful applicant must possess a current Catering permit and provide proof of insurance.
